Definitely need this bad boy in your bag - what else are you gonna mix up your supplements with? I have 5 different bottles and I love them. There's also a lot of cool designs out there as well now (e.g. Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman).


LIMM Resistance Bands

Where do I even begin with these?! I use them to switch up my workouts - from plyometrics to increased intensity and resistance. Not to mention, I bring my LIMM bands with me every time I travel. They're a great way to up the intensity of an at-home workout, especially if you're on-the-go or in a hotel. Absolute necessity. 


Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy - Blueberry Lemonade

I've dabbled in supplements - different protein powders and a few different Amino Acids/BCAAs but nothing does it for me like this one. It's gives me an energy boost after a long day of work, and it tastes ah-mazing! Like...make-it-a-slushy-good.


Oh Yeah! Nutrition One Bars - Birthday Cake

Yes, I specifically said Birthday Cake, but honestly all their flavors are good. The protein/sugar/carb ratio isn't bad - with 20 grams of protein, 1gram of sugar and 24 grams of carbs (a little high but not bad at all) they are truly a delicious treat. Literally buy these in bulk.

Mario Badescu Rose Water Spray

I'm going to be honest, I'm the last person to know anything about makeup. However! I do know that sweat can cause breakouts and I've found the best way to combat this is a quick water rinse after your workout to wash off the sweat, followed by a few squirts of this rosewater spray. You feel clean, dewy and fresh in an instant. It hydrates your skin after rinsing it with water and rose water has a lot of benefits for your skin as well.

Queenie Ke Jacket

I always always keep a jacket in my bag. Trust me, it comes in handy more than you think. I often workout in a sports bra, and this lets me "appropriately" go out in public after the gym. Not to mention - you look SO GOOD in a jacket with a little bit of messy hair and pink cheeks! But maybe that's just me.
